The Yearley Trust Chairman, John Yearley, is used to eating in some of the best restaurants around the world. Now he has a new one to try. The new kitchen that the Trust has donated to the Nalang Model Academy is nearly finished and will be serving some excellent Nepali food to John and his fellow Trustees during their visit in October. John says that the food served in the old kitchen was great Nepali food of a very high standard so is very excited about this new one.
Not only will the kitchen serve food for the school but it will also cater for visitors to the Hostel that the Trust donated, so, volunteers who come to the NMA, will have a real culinary treat and enjoy great local food and outstanding views over to the Himalayas whilst eating.
John will be drinking a toast (in Nepali rum) to all those who have helped with the building of the kitchen whilst he will be enjoying some great meals there.
