Pupils from the Nalang Model Academy excitingly studying their new science books donated by The Yearley Trust. Now, combined with other teaching aids donated by the Trust, Nalang’s science teaching department is able to provide first class science teaching in this part of rural Nepal.

The Trust thanks Hailsham Community College in England for helping in the collection of these books and Shankar Silwal, Rojina Silwal and Sujana Silwal will be able to thank Hailsham Community College in person when they spend a day at that school in January.

The Trust’s aim is to donate English language text books for all departments in the school to assist the excellent work of the teachers at the NMA and to help the school be the model for all other schools in rural Nepal.
